Realistic Cat Portraits in Wool by Wakuneco

Cats

You can even make the items yourself thanks to her extensive how-to guides on YouTube.

The inspiration for her work comes from the images of real cats.

There is a wide range of colors, sizes, and breeds from which to choose with her work.

Although she only ships her work to residents of Japan, you can see many of her pieces on Instagram.

She Has Only Been Needle Felting Since 2015

Wakuneco uses a variety of colors for her wool to create 3D pet portraits through needle felting techniques.

It is work that is long and delicate, with each portrait taking about 30 days to complete.

The resulting work creates some of the most realistic outcomes that you will find anywhere in the world today.

Cat portraits might be her specialty, but she can also make hyper-realistic versions of other animals as well.

She has shown her followers how to make a rabbit peeking out of a pot, small dogs, and even earrings with her unique techniques.

You can also connect with her on Facebook to see many of the videos that show how she creates a result that is so realistic.

The craftsmanship goes beyond anything you can even imagine.
