The flowers come completed with flat backs. To hang you can use a heavy duty photo adhesive strips/wall hanging strips right on the back of the flowers to hang directly to the wall. Command strips are a brand that works well. These strips don't damage the wall or paint.
You can also hot glue the flowers to a foam board and then hang the board quite like you would a painting, this way allows the flowers to be portable and easy to move or relocate if needed.
