Here at Ooh La La Boudoir, I like to ensure all my customers get exactly what they want and need for their outfit, be it steampunk, victorian, vintage or bridal!

So, if this hat isn't quite to your taste, please convo me to discuss your requirements. I am happy to make bespoke pieces for anybody, including working with brides or performers, to suit any theme, colour scheme, outfit, or idea you may have.

The full-sized top hats are custom designed.

This listing is for fully trimmed full sized top hat, designed and decorated to your custom requirements, and also for a more 'shallow' style of top hat, typically known as a coachman's or dressage hat.

The pictures are examples of ones I have made for previous clients.

Most of these can usually be closely replicated, or I can design something specifically for you!

Handmade in milliners quality buckram and covered in your choice of fabric, your top hat brim will be strengthened with millinery wire and trimmed with satin bias binding. Your finished base hat will then decorated with your choice of decorations, from a mixture of lace, flowers, ribbons, rosettes, charms, laser cut decorations, buttons, bows and hand curled feathers.

My sizes are small, medium and large, 22, 23 and 24", although other sizes can be made if required. Padding strips are included for the perfect fit!

All my hats are made from scratch, they are NOT covered cheap hat bases, but lovingly handmade from scratch, using authentic patterns and techniques. Every hat pattern piece is cut by hand and take many hours to finish! As I am a craftswoman, I do not mass produce, but each hat is loving made for individual clients, so no two are ever quite the same! As I use vintage items, This means each and every hat is unique to all my customers!

No discerning ladies or gentlemants outfit or costume is complete without a hat to finish the look!
